- Invitation links stay valid for 14 days and can be resent in one click.
- Membership status: pending, active, suspended or cancelled.
- Once activated, each company completes its own profile.

- Record a payment with its date, method and reference — or waive the month.

Languages
One portal. Three languages.
The whole interface is available in English, Bulgarian and Turkish. Each association chooses which languages to offer and which one the portal opens in; every user can switch at any time.

Set up as yours
Every portal carries its association's identity. This is what we set up when your zone opens:
- Name & short name
- In the header, the browser tab and the emails.
- Web address
- A clusterzone.app address, or a domain of your own.
- Logo or icon
- Your logo, or one of seven icons.
- Brand colour
- Buttons, links and highlights follow it.
- Languages
- Any mix of English, Bulgarian and Turkish, with a default.
- Currency & fee
- Your currency and default monthly fee.
- Sectors
- Your own list, managed by the office inside the portal.
- Office email
- Where members' questions arrive.
Separate by design
Portals share no tables, files or accounts. Each association runs its own installation of the application, with its own database and its own storage for logos and product pictures.
